beaming
This is a home-cooked dish that Turks like to cook. It is called brew; learning to cook this dish on New Year's Day means that the New Year is a joyful New Year! This dish is dolma in Turkish, which means-brewed in Chinese. Brewing of wine.
This is to put the beef and mutton stuffing into a prepared vegetable cup and then stew it in a pan.
I learned to cook this dish on New Year's Day, so I named it China food--Jubilant!
I think tomatoes are as hot as festive lights; zucchini are like firecrackers; colored salads are like fireworks!
I wish you a happy New Year!
