I really wanted to try a casual kimbap, so I chose the ingredients at will to make this on the basis of tradition. If it couldn't be called kimbap, it would be called a seaweed roll!

The ingredients used for bibimbap, salt, chicken essence, and various seasonings are based on personal taste. Traditional rice is only mixed with sesame oil, but I personally think it is too greasy, so I use some onion oil. Chicken essence cannot be used to freshen up. I used two kinds of sesame seeds. This is the rice I mixed. It is compacted like dough. It feels very sticky like making cakes. When eating, everyone asked me if I put glutinous rice in it, but it was actually kneaded with rice. The rice in traditional kimbap rice is just laid out loosely, but I personally think it is still sticky and chewy. And it's not easy to disperse. (It's just that it's very expensive. A large pot of rice is mixed into a pot and ten rolls each is equivalent to three bowls of rice.)

Let's start preparing other ingredients: This is white radish strips. When preparing to make seaweed rolls, they have to be marinated one night, using sweet and sour. A bag of white vinegar and half a catty of sugar can completely touch the radish strips. Add less salt without adding water. This is to add flavor. The rice is salty and fragrant, and the radishes are sweet and sour and crispy. They are very delicious. You don't need to make seaweed rolls but you can also eat the food right away.
