Steps for Pineapple shrimp balls

1
Preparations: A. Pick the shrimp, remove the shrimp line, peel the skin, and remove the shell, leaving the tail of the shrimp. B. Use a fruit knife to make a small opening at the head end of the shrimp, and pull the tail of the shrimp through the opening to form a shrimp ball, as shown in Figure 1 during the process. Figure 1 shows the shaped shrimp balls, but they look better. If it is too troublesome, just remove the shells and pick up the thread.
2
Marinate the shrimp balls with salt and MSG for 10 minutes.
3
Paste blending: Put the ingredients used in the paste into a bowl, add appropriate amount of water to make a porridge sample (add edge to mix by the water's edge, forget to weigh).
4
Wrap each shrimp ball in paste, wait for the oil temperature to be 70% and fry it in a frying pan until golden brown, remove and drain the oil.
5
Soak the pineapple in salt water to wash off the salty taste, cut it into small pieces, place it on a plate, and squeeze with salad dressing.
6
Place the fried shrimp balls on the pineapple and serve.Pineapple shrimp balls Make Tips
