Steps for Nutritional mixed vegetables

Ingredients: corn kernels, pea kernels, diced carrot, small glutinous rice balls, wolfberry, almond.

Put water in the pan to boil, blanch the peas and boil them for 2 minutes, then remove them and rinse them with running water.
