Steps for braised beef

Wash the beef several times, wash off the blood, and cut it into pieces. Cut the carrots into large pieces on hob and cut the ginger into slices.

Transfer to the stew bowl and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes until the beef is soft and ripe. Add some salt to season and cook.
