Steps for Jinsha tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Skin the fish and cut into small pieces.

Wash green and red peppers and chives, and cut them into small pieces.

Peel off the shell of cooked salted duck eggs and leave the yolk. Sift the egg flowers into a velvet shape.

Rinse the tender tofu with water, cut the bottom skin; slice into 9 slices.

Place the sliced tofu on the plate in a pin-shaped shape.

Place the tofu into a boiling water pot and steam for 5 minutes.

Marinate the cut fish with a little salt and starch for a while.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the salted egg yolk, and stir-fry until sandy.
