Jinsha tofu

Jinsha tofu
This dish was originally made to participate in the New Year's Food Competition. No matter how I looked at it, I felt that I didn't want New Year's food, so I gave up.
Now take it out and try it. Eat a piece of shredded fish meat and a piece of tender tofu. It feels like it melts in the mouth. The taste of salted egg yolk slowly slips across the tip of your tongue••••••
