I haven't tried the curry sauce, but this one made with curry powder is also very fragrant.

Steps for Curry potato chicken rice

Cut the chicken into squares and diced pieces, add cooking wine, salt, and soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes; dice the potatoes and soak them in water; cut the onions into small pieces for later use.

Open fire, pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan, and stir fry the chicken until it changes color.
