Soak the dried fish in cold water for 30 minutes to soak fully.2
Squeeze the soaked fish to remove water. Separate the fish from the skin with your hands. Tear into thin threads along the direction of the fish meat.3
After tearing, add white sugar, vinegar, and Korean chili paste, and grasp with your hands, then add chili oil and grasp evenly. Add white sesame seeds.4

Dried pollock must be soaked in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Do not wash it after soaking. It will lose its original flavor if washed.
