Sauteed pork with garlic sprouts
Fresh garlic sprouts are on the market. I would like to recommend a classic dish of my family-stir-fried pork with garlic sprouts. This is a favorite dish for children and also a dish for adults to serve wine and rice.

Steps for Sauteed pork with garlic sprouts

1
Fresh garlic sprouts and a dash of red pepper.
2
Mix the tenderloin or shredded lean meat with salt, a little soy sauce, cornstarch, and cumin and marinate for about 15 minutes, and use oil to smooth and disperse (hot pan and cold oil).
3
Leave a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the ginger until fragrant (you can give it dried peppers if you like to eat peppers), pour in the washed garlic sprouts and stir fry.
4
Shredded pork with grease.
5
Add a little water, stir, add some salt before frying the pan (I didn't put MSG in).
6
Remove the pot and load it on the plate.
