Steps for Chicken wing barbecue

Prepare 8 chicken wings, wash them, and place them on the chopping board with skin side up.

Cut the roots open to expose the bones.

Put your fingers in to separate the chicken bones from the meat, then stand the chicken wings up and pull the chicken bones out with your hands, leaving the chicken.

Put it in a bowl and marinate with minced ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and pepper (a dot) for about 20 minutes.

Chop pork and fish meat, chop bamboo shoots, soak mushrooms and chop (I only have mushrooms at home, so I use mushrooms). Cut the onion and ginger into minced powder.

Put the pork and fish meat into a bowl and stick it together, and scratch it with your hands. Then add shredded bamboo shoots and shredded winter mushrooms.

Add onion and ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce salt and sesame oil, and beat well.
