Lotus root and peanut pork bone soup

Lotus root has high medicinal value. Raw food can clear heat and moisten lungs, and cooked food can strengthen the spleen and appetizer. It also has the effect of eliminating blood stasis and stopping bleeding in the lungs. Stewing soup with bones not only nourishes but also helps to keep fit.

Steps for Lotus root and peanut pork bone soup

Peel the lotus root and cut it into small pieces. Add peanuts, two slices of ginger into the soup pot, add 8-10 bowls of water, and turn to low heat to keep boiling.

Put the pork bones in the water and burn them. After removing the blood, add the boiled pork bones (1) and cook. After turning to high heat and simmer for 10 minutes, simmer over low heat for another hour or so.
