Our family likes the smoky taste of Hunan old bacon very much. It's strange, haha! There is half a piece of old bacon in the refrigerator. It was given by a friend a long time ago. I took it out when I cleaned the refrigerator. I smelled the taste and the shelf life has not changed. The shelf life is really long. Served with crisp Chinese cabbage and stir-fried on a plate. It's a piece of cake. It tastes really good.
