Steps for Fried pork slices with winter bamboo shoots

I buy winter bamboo shoots for packaging. I won't pick fresh ones, for fear that it will be hard to buy them.

Soak in water for 5 minutes and cut into slices.

Divide the red pepper into two sections and cut it in half.

Wash and slice lean meat, marinate with ginger, salt, oil, soy sauce and seasonings for 5 minutes.

Clean the pan and add the oil, add the red pepper and saute until fragrant, then add the meat slices and stir fry until cooked.

Pour in the winter bamboo shoots and stir fry well, sprinkle with salt and seasonings, add the stock and cook for 2 minutes.
