Steps for Braised chicken with mushroom

Wash chicken legs and chicken wings for later use.

Slice ginger and cut green onions into small pieces.

Soak mushrooms in warm water to soften, remove the roots, wash and drain.

Marinate chicken with salt, oil, soy sauce, and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
