Steps for Squid with fish flavor

1
Add spring onions, cooking wine, and water to the pan and bring to a boil.
2
Remove the membrane of the squid, wash it and cut it into rings. Cut all green and red peppers and onions into rings for use.
3
Take a small bowl, add three tablespoons of sugar (I use 5ml), three tablespoons of vinegar, two tablespoons of delicious delicacies, one tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of cooking wine, a little pepper powder, one tablespoon of starch, a little salt, and chicken essence. Stir well into fish sauce, chop up all the onions, ginger, garlic, and Pi County watercress for later use.
4
Pour the cut squid into a boiling pot and blanch it, quickly cool it for later use.
5
Heat the wok to oil and stir-fry the Pi County bean paste over low heat to produce red oil.
6
Then add pickled peppers, soaked ginger, green onions, ginger and garlic to stir fry to create the aroma.
7
Pour in the onions and stir fry well, then add the squid and stir fry quickly.
8
Add the green and red peppers, pour in the mixed fish sauce, stir fry well, add sesame oil, stir well, and remove from the pan.
