    Put the ginger peel and pork ribs together into a clear water pot. After boiling, continue to cook for three or four minutes. Pick up the pork ribs and drain them. Pour away the water and ginger peel.

    Put the blanched pork ribs and ginger slices into a casserole pot, add enough water, and the water should not exceed the pork ribs and be slightly 1cm higher (add enough at one time); after boiling, cover and turn to low heat, simmer for about 1 hour.
