Jinan only has cold rice noodles and cold rice noodles. I have never seen a skin lift before. I remember when I watched Zhao Benshan's sketches, Song Dandan said the whole skin lift, and Zhao Benshan said taking a cucumber. Only then did I realize that skin lift was originally a dish in Northeast China. I really didn't know how to make a skin lift in Northeast China, but I was curious to buy one, so I had to make it myself and try it. Unexpectedly, it tasted so good. Hehe, proud ~~~

    Blanch the skin lift with boiling water and then pass it with cold water. The skin lift can easily stick together, so it is best to wait until the ingredients are ready to mix before blanch and cut off. My husband bought some crispy peanuts. I tasted them very delicious, so I cut some. I saw that peanuts would be put on when mixed with cold dishes outside. They should be very delicious. Shred the cucumber and carrot, soak the fungus in advance and tear small pieces, chop the onion, ginger, garlic and coriander into minced pieces for later use.

    Put the vinegar, soy sauce, shredded ginger, a little salt, a little sugar, and chicken essence in a bowl and mix until juice.

    In order to not have to buy chili oil when I eat hot-boiled mutton in the future, I poured more chili oil myself, cooled the oil and crushed the dried chili pepper over low heat, and turned off the heat to cool when the color was right. After pouring out, I left the pot. Add some pepper oil with a small dense colander and pepper, and let the fried oil cool with the aroma of pepper for later use.
