Steps for cumin lamb

Small pieces of mutton are 2 cm square.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and egg white and marinate for about 2 hours to taste.

After marinate, add cornflour.

Grab the cornflour and mutton well.

Add cumin and chili noodles.

Heat the electric cake pan, put a little oil, add in the mutton and fry it.

Fry the mutton until there is basically no water, then sprinkle with cumin and sesame seeds, fry it to give the cumin aroma and take it out of the pan.
