Steps for boiled kale

Wash the kale clean, scrape the skin off the roots with a peeling knife; shred fresh ginger and red pepper for later use.

Use 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1/4 tablespoon of chicken essence, and 1 tablespoon of water to make a sauce.

Blanch the washed kale in boiling water with salt, and remove it.
