Steps for Stewed fungus with Chinese cabbage

Heat the oil pan and add shredded ginger.

Then pour in the chopped Chinese cabbage.

Stir fry the cabbage well and add the fungus.

Add thirteen spices, salt, sugar and a little water, cover the pot and simmer for about five or six minutes.
