Prepare the materials.
2
Boil most of the pot of water in the pot, add the entire pork belly, ginger slices and star anise, and cook until the meat is 80 ripe.
3
While cooking the meat, cut the green peppers into small pieces, and slice the garlic into slices for later use.
4
Wash the fished meat with cold water, wash off the blood foam, and cool and slice it.
5
Heat the pan without adding oil, add slices of meat and stir-fry them until fragrant over low heat, and serve out.
6
This is stir-fried meat slices.
7
Wash the pan, pour in appropriate amount of olive oil and heat it up (I specially put less oil in), add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
8
Add 2 tablespoons of bean paste and add a little water to prevent the pan from becoming too dry.
9
Add pork belly and stir fry well.
