The rest of the fried dough sticks would be difficult to chew if you were not heated. I used the microwave to bite them and felt that even the outer skin would be soft, so I made it into this dish. In fact, there is another reason-all kinds of dishes in the kitchen are left so little, so let's solve it all at once.

- green pepper of 2
- sweet pepper one
- carrots 1 piece
- peppercorns appropriate amount
- garlic cloves appropriate amount
- Jiang appropriate amount
- oil appropriate amount
- starch appropriate amount
- salt appropriate amount
- soy sauce appropriate amount
Steps for assorted fried dough sticks

Wash and slice all materials except fried dough sticks, slice ginger and garlic, cut into slices with hob, and grasp the meat slices with salt, a small amount of soy sauce and water starch (or egg white).

Heat the oil in the pan over high heat and bring to a boil. Add ginger, garlic, and pepper slices immediately after adding the meat slices. Stir fry until the meat slices change color and then remove.

Add green pepper, bell pepper pieces and carrot slices into the pan, stir fry for 1 minute, add salt, stir well, add the dough sticks, and stir fry the dough sticks over medium heat.

Add the stir-fried meat slices and stir well.
