Steps for Braised pomfret

Put the oil in the pan, heat it 60% and add the pre-salted pomfret and fry it.

Leave the base oil in the pan, add the chopped peppers, onions, and ginger and stir-fry. Add the fried pomfret, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar and a little water, bring to the boil over high heat and turn to medium heat for 8 minutes. Add chicken essence to season before serving the pan.
