Last time, I introduced Zhangzhou Five-Spiced Rolls to everyone.(the most commonly eaten restaurant in Putian) I specially brought bean skins to make them when I came home last time.

    This bean skin is soft and is used to make five-spice rolls. It tastes different from the tofu bamboo.

    Wash the three layers of meat and cut it into dices, diced with green onion, and water chestnut.
