Zhangzhou Spiced Rolls

Last time, I introduced Zhangzhou Five-Spiced Rolls to everyone.(the most commonly eaten restaurant in Putian) I specially brought bean skins to make them when I came home last time.
Recipe Recommendations
- three-layer meat 250 grams
- bean skin 3 photos
- scallion 120 grams
- water chestnut 100 grams
- eggs of 2
- salt a little
- MSG 10 grams
- spiced powder a little
Steps for Zhangzhou Spiced Rolls

This bean skin is soft and is used to make five-spice rolls. It tastes different from the tofu bamboo.2
Wash the three layers of meat and cut it into dices, diced with green onion, and water chestnut.

Take a disc, place the above ingredients in a basin, add MSG, salt, eggs, and five-spice powder and mix well.

Remove the corners of the bean skin, lay it flat on the chopping board, and add the mixed ingredients.

Heat the pan, add clear oil, and when the oil temperature is 60% hot, add the steamed five-spice rolls.

Fry until golden brown and done. Remove and drain the oil.
