Cattle loach is a fish in the sea. It is rare to see live fish on the market today, so I quickly buy one and try it. The beef loach fish has not been farmed yet. It tastes good, has strong muscles, no dark thorns in the meat, and is delicious to make the soup. On a hot day, it tastes good with some bitter gourd.

Steps for Cold Melon Beef and Autumn Fish Soup

Remove the fish and wash it, and cut the bitter gourd.
