I have eaten pork belly steamed with noodle soy sauce outside. The taste is endless and delicious. However, it is very troublesome to make. The meat takes two days of processing to achieve the transparent and crispy effect. It seems that I, a lazy person, won't do it. Steaming pork belly directly with noodle soy sauce also tastes very good, and the strong flavor is very good for rice.
