Clean the beef and cut it into square dices.

Add cold water to the pan (do not use boiling water, boiling in cold water can remove the blood from the beef) and bring to heat. Cook until beef is soft and ripe. Remove.

Shred onions.

Cut carrots into diamond-shaped slices.
