Steamed catfish with drum sauce

Fish is the great love of our family, especially the two children, so eating fish is a common dish on our table. I usually like braising it, which makes it more delicious. But when I went to the market today, I actually bought fresh perilla, so the fish was still steamed and served with black bean sauce and perilla. It was delicious!!

Steps for Steamed catfish with drum sauce

Prepare ingredients and wash them.

Chop the ingredients, pack them, and mix with salt, soy sauce, and peanut oil.

Wash the fish and cut it every 2CM, do not cut it.

Spread the mixed ingredients on the fish.

Put it in the pan and steam for 15 minutes over high heat.
