Steps for Braised duck with taro

Peel and cut the taro into pieces.

The duck meat is marinated with thirteen spices soy sauce white sugar for about half an hour.

Heat the pan and add the ginger slices.

Pour the duck meat into high heat and stir-fry.

Add soy sauce, white sugar and a little water, cover and simmer for about ten minutes.

Then add the taro and pour into a bowl of water and simmer for ten minutes.

When the water is about to dry, sprinkle in chopped green onion and serve.
