Boiled salmon fish head in wine
I like eating salmon head very much and often eat it in Japanese restaurants. One day I saw a salmon head in the supermarket, and it was like buying it home and making it myself. In the end, I put in a little too much lemon, a little bit sour, but the taste is not bad ~~
