I went to Haikou for business and drank local crab porridge once, and I found it super delicious. Not long after I came back, I became extremely greedy. Because I had no good place in the north to drink this porridge, I thought about making it myself.

Steps for Shrimp and crab porridge

Remove the crabs and cut them into large pieces.

Stir fry with spring onions and ginger in a frying pan until fragrant.

Then put it into a soup pot, add boiling water, and bring it to a boil. Add rice and cook together.
