Steps for Stewed rapeseed with mushroom

Wash and slice mushrooms.

Pick and wash the tender rapeseed clean.

Slice sausage, cut spring onion, and chop garlic.

Blanch the rapeseed in boiling water. Add a small amount of salt and a drop of vegetable oil to the boiling water to make the rapeseed more tender and greener.

Heat the oil pan to heat, add garlic cloves first and stir fry until fragrant, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and stir fry for five minutes until tender.

Add in the rapeseed and continue to stir for two minutes.

Add the sausage slices, add a little pepper powder, two drops of soy sauce and oyster sauce, add water starch, and finally sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt. Stir the chicken essence evenly.
