One day I was cooking in the kitchen after work when I suddenly received a courier. It turned out that my friend sent me some bitter bamboo shoots and Chinese toon from afar. Said I couldn't buy it here, sent it to me to try, moved. Friends say do braised bitter bamboo shoots or stew soup or fried meat can be, is ready to fry beef, do not know this thing fried beef line, regardless of, try again, haha.

Steps for stir-fried beef with bitter bamboo shoots

Peel the bitter bamboo shoots.

Cut the bitter bamboo shoots for later use.

Stir the beef with salt and peanut oil and leave for half an hour.

Remove the oil pan, saute the shredded ginger until fragrant, add the bitter bamboo shoots and stir-fry.

Put some water and simmer.

Add the beef and stir fry until it changes color.

Just add oyster sauce to season.
