stir-fried black bean sprouts with bacon
By PriceEmard
The last time my father-in-law came to his hometown, he brought me some pieces of Hakka bacon. It was so salty. I don't know why it's so salty, and I didn't put soy sauce in it. It's white. Half a piece can eat a bowl of rice, haha. The remaining piece was put in the refrigerator and almost forgot. This time, I took it out and cooked it for a long time. I tried it and it was still salty. I felt dizzy. I used it to stir-fry black bean sprouts. The taste was still quite salty and fragrant, especially the bean sprouts. Hehe.
