Stewed cabbage and vermicelli

Stewed cabbage and vermicelli
I am a super novice and I haven't learned to cook for a week ~
Stewed cabbage and vermicelli is a Northeast dish. The weather has gotten a little colder recently. I thought of it when I wanted to make a dish that warms my stomach ~
I personally have a strong taste and like spicy food, so I added some dried peppers to add it to the flavor ~
The first step: Boil the vermicelli in water until 8 ripe. Because the vermicelli is not easy to cook, cook it first, put it in the pot and then taste it.
Step 2: Cut the cabbage into small pieces, first stir-fry with minced ginger and minced garlic. If you also like spicy food, you can add some dried peppers to stir-fry together. Then add a little oil and stir-fry in the pan. The cabbage itself has water and does not need to add water. After the cabbage is ripe at 8, add soy sauce, a little sugar, salt, chicken essence, and a little vinegar, and stir fry.
Step 3: Put the frozen tofu vermicelli into the pan, add water, and serve with the water.
Step 4: Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes and you can serve ~
