Stewed pork knuckles with lotus root
By JaydaJacobi
Zhongshan is close to the mouth of the Pearl River. When you go to the seaside, many beaches are enclosed by reclamation. Looking around, you can see tens of thousands of acres of lotus ponds. When the lotus flowers bloom, the scenery is really beautiful. Therefore, Zhongshan also produces lotus roots, which taste quite good. Today, I use lotus root to stew pig's feet. It tastes good.
