Steps for stir-fried beef with cumin and garlic

1
Thaw the beef slices, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and pepper powder, and marinate for 20 minutes.
2
Prepare garlic, break it one by one. The reason why not peel it is because it is not easy to paste when frying. Wash it with water and dry it.
3
Cut green onions, dry red peppers, prepare chili powder and cumin powder.
4
Heat the oil pan, add a little chopped green onion, add in the marinated beef, stir fry until the beef is cooked, take out, and squeeze out excess water and oil with a shovel.
5
Change the clean pan, add oil and heat it up, add in the dry red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
6
Add garlic cloves and remove dry red peppers.
7
Stir fry until the garlic skin is brown and soft.
8
Add in the beef, add two drops of soy sauce, sprinkle with chili powder, cumin powder (the amount depends on your preference), salt, and chicken essence, and bake over high heat until fragrant.
