Steps for Crispy tofu

A piece of tofu.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in salt water for 30 minutes.

Take a fresh-keeping bag and mix the sweet potato flour and starch. Put the tofu pieces into the bag and shake them back and forth a few times to make each piece of tofu dip with the dry powder. Leave for 2-3 minutes to fix the dry powder on the tofu.

Add oil in the pan and heat it up, add tofu pieces and fry until golden brown. Remove.

Use kitchen paper to absorb oil and serve on a plate.

Chop the garlic cloves, stir in all the seasonings and mix well, and the dip is ready. It tastes great when dipped in it.
