Steps for stir-fried shredded pork with mushroom

Ingredients: Pleurotus eryngii, green pepper, lean meat.

Shred lean meat, marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce and salt for 20 minutes; shred green pepper, and slice pleurotus eryngii.

Heat the pan, put in the oil, and stir-fry the shredded pork.

Stir fry until color changes, and set aside.

Continue to stir-fry the apricot mushroom with residual oil.

Add soy sauce and fresh shellfish sauce and stir fry for a few minutes.

Put the green peppers together and stir fry several times.

Add shredded pork and stir well.
