Ingredients: Tofu, mushrooms, carrots, oil wheat roots, eggs.

Cut tofu into small pieces, peel and cut carrot and oil wheat roots into small pieces.

Tear mushrooms into small pieces.

Drag the tofu into the egg mixture.

Put in the oil pan and fry over low heat until golden brown.

After frying, set aside.

Use the remaining oil to put the carrots into the pan and stir fry.
