Steps for Colorful mixed noodles

1
For the choice of tomatoes, you should choose the plump and brightly colored Xihonghang, and should not be too ripe. If it is too soft, it will not be easy to slice.
2
First cut the tomato pair in half (one tomato can make two flowers, I only used half)
3
Then cut half of the tomatoes into evenly thin slices (not too thick, the more slices, the more petals there will be).
4
Strengthen the tomato slices, put the smaller slices inside to serve as flower cores, and place the large slices outside, and arrange them in circles in an irregular manner, from inside to outside.
5
If you feel that the flowers stand unstable and easily disperse, you can tie them up with a shallot first, let them set for a while, and then remove the shallot.
6
Dice bacon and garlic sprouts, cut carrots into small flowers and set aside.
7
After the oil is heated, add the diced bacon and stir-fry it until done.
8
Add carrot flowers.
9
Add the diced garlic sprouts and stir-fry well.
10
Add ketchup and salt, stir-fry well, and remove to make sauce.
11
Bring the water, add the hand-rolled noodles, cook until it is mid-cooked and remove. Drain the noodles, add sesame oil (to prevent the noodles from sticking together), and stir well.
12
Add the prepared sauce and stir well, sprinkle with chopped green onion, pour in appropriate amount of chili oil and vinegar, and serve on a plate.
