Today, I have nothing to do, so I just want to upload a dessert I had cooked before and let everyone share it!
Because I was done in a hurry at that time, I didn't take all the details! Only the finished product pictures were taken! Although it takes time, it still feels quite simple.

Steps for sago in coconut juice
1
Put a proper amount of water in the pot and bring to the boil. While waiting for the water to boil, we can also make other cooking preparations.2
Peel the taro, wash it, and cut it in half. After the water boils, place it on the steaming grid. Then add the two halves of taro and steam it for about 20 minutes, and the taro will be cooked.3
While steaming the taro, take another pot, pour the right amount of water to boil, then pour in 100 grams of sago and cook. Remember to stir constantly when cooking the sago to avoid burning the pan.4
It takes about ten minutes to cook the sago. The sago is originally white. Turn off the heat when the sago is boiled until a small dot of white spots remains in the middle, cover the lid and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, so that the sago will become fully transparent (fully transparent means that the sago has been cooked). Then remove the sago with a colander, rinse it with cold water, and set aside.5
When all the sago steps are completed, the taro is almost ready to be taken out of the pot. When it cools a little, take it and cut it into diced shapes for later use.6
Next, dump the water from the pan where the sago is cooked, wash it, dry it dry, put it back on the gas stove, and fire on. Pour coconut juice into the pan, bring it to a boil, and then add sago and diced taro. If you don't think it's sweet enough, you can add some more sugar to adjust to your taste.
