Steps for stir-fried sausage with perilla

Ingredients: sausage, red pepper, perilla, green onion, ginger, garlic.

Peel the garlic; slice the ginger and red pepper; cut the green onion into sections.

Put the rice sausage into a pan and blanch it in water, pick up and set aside.

Saute ginger and garlic with oil in a frying pan until fragrant.
