Put the chopped lean meat and minced garlic into a bowl.

Mix the release powder with soy sauce sesame oil.

Add some cilantro. (You don't have to put it temporarily if you don't like it)

The method is the same as fried rice flour. Open and spread the rice flour, place it on the prepared lean meat and roll it.

Drain on a plate and place into a pan and steam over water.

Steam for about twelve minutes, and add the cooked soy sauce when eating.
