the kebabs

the kebabs
When it comes to mutton kebabs, I want to drool, but the mutton kebabs sold on the streets in China are all fake. Now that they are abroad, they are so expensive, and they are not as delicious and authentic as the ones in China, so I decided to try it myself.

It used to be grilled when friends or family were having a BBQ together, but I couldn't go all out to set up the BBQ stove just for these kebabs. To be honest, it's really not as fragrant as electric roasting, haha.

Let's talk about how to do it next. It's very simple.

Steps for the kebabs

  • Make step 0
    1
The required salty salt, cumin powder, and paprika powder.
  • Make step 1
    2
Wrap the baking sheet with tinfoil paper to prevent oil stains from dripping on it and make it easier to clean.
  • 3
Cut the mutton you bought into small dices, preferably with some fat, so that it will be fragrant when roasted. String the chopped mutton with pliers for later use.
  • Make step 2
    4
Using a small brush, brush the cooking oil on the mutton kebabs, on both sides.
  • Make step 3
    5
Place the brushed mutton kebabs on the roasting plate rack, sprinkle salty salt (a little) and cumin powder (if you like spicy food, you can put chili powder) on the mutton kebabs at a time, and also sprinkle on both sides. Only when the mutton kebabs are roasted can they taste.
  • Make step 4
    6
Put it into an oven at 375°F, about 190°C, and roast it for 10 minutes. Then take out the roasting plate, turn the mutton kebabs over, and put it in the oven to roast for 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, the fragrant mutton kebabs are baked. Haha, I'm not to brag, this is really no less than the electric mutton kebabs on the street. It is more convenient and labor-saving than BBQ. Moreover, it's authentic and cleaner and sanitary than those on the street ~ You can try it next time.
