Steps for Crispy fried dumplings

Set aside eggs, green vegetables, shallot, and dumpling skins.

Put the pork filling in the microwave to freeze it (I turned it on too high, and it looked a little ugly, haha.)

Chop the green vegetables, add some salt, squeeze out some water, and pour into the pork filling. Add egg and chopped green onion to filling.

Add appropriate amount of salt and five-spice powder and stir well.

Take appropriate amount of filling and place it in the dumpling skin.

Stick water to your fingers and rub water around the dumplings.

Shape the shape you want.

Just pinch the corners (I made three different shapes).

Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of oil. After the oil is heated, put the dumplings into the pan and arrange them neatly.

After frying for more than a minute, add the mixed flour sauce. Less than one-third of the dumplings will be enough.

Turn on a high fire first, bring it to a boil, and then turn it to a low heat.
