- white sesame appropriate amount

- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce 4 tablespoons
- chili powder 1 teaspoon
- sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- qingshui 1 tablespoon
Steps for Pan-fried tofu

Cut the tofu into large pieces 1CM thick, put them in a frying pan.

Fry until golden brown on the outside, serve and set aside.

Put all seasonings in a bowl and set aside.

Pour all seasonings into a wok.

Add the fried tofu and cook for a while. When the soup is almost dry, sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
