Steps for braised hairtail

First cut the hairtail into sections and prepare garlic, ginger, dried peppers and fennel

When both sides are fried golden, add the chopped garlic, ginger, dried peppers and fennel.

First add cooking wine and a little salt, then add the delicious flavor, soy sauce and sugar in turn! Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, add the chicken essence when it is almost out of the pan, and you can take it out of the pan and serve on plates!
