Bamboo fungus and mushroom soup

Bamboo fungus is a precious vegetarian material in Sichuan cuisine and is known as the "queen of mushrooms". Traditional Chinese medicine believes that edible fungi such as bamboo fungus and shiitake mushrooms have the effects of promoting saliva, moistening dryness, nourishing yin and replenishing the lungs.

Steps for Bamboo fungus and mushroom soup

Soak bamboo fungus slightly, wash it with water, pour away the first water, tear it into small pieces, and soak in additional water.

Wash three mushrooms.

Cut into thin slices.

Cut the chives into shallot white and green.

Add appropriate amount of lard to the pan and stir-fry the scallion until fragrant.

Add mushrooms, add a little salt, and stir-fry until soft.

Pour the bamboo fungus into the pan with the water used to soak the bamboo fungus, cover the lid and bring to a boil.
