pork belly and lettuce buns
After receiving COOK100 barbecue sauce, I have been thinking about what to do. It was almost 1:30 pm when I came home from learning to drive on Sunday. I was scolded by my coach all morning. I was in a very low mood and wanted to eat a big meal without worrying about calories and weight. So there was this pork belly meal. There is no oven, so I can only use a pan to cook it. I wonder if it counts as roasting?

Slice pork belly (freeze it slightly to cut it better).

Pour in Kuke 100 Garlic Barbecue Sauce.
3
Mix the meat slices and sauce well and marinate for half an hour.
4
Wash the lettuce with clean water, soak it in salt water for 10 minutes, then rinse it with clean water again to control the moisture.
5
Brush a thin layer of oil in the pan, turn on medium to medium heat, and put the marinated pork belly slices into the pan.
6
After one side is cooked, turn to the other side and continue to bake.
7
After roasting, serve on a plate. Roll the slices of meat with lettuce and dip them in chili sauce.
